Customer Service Executive 

For the Sea Freight Exports department of a Dubai based freight forwarding company

  • Should have minimum 5+ Years Freight forwarding experience in Customer Service, Exports
  • Should provide quality Customer Service support to ensure timely processing of sales orders to help expedite import shipments.
  • Communicate, develop and maintain customer and carrier relationships ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive initiatives.
  • Job planning, interdepartmental collaboration and coordination to ensure high delivery
